Rubber rolls is a sheet of either pvc, nitrile or rubber roll which is usually installed by rolling over a solid surface to cover the floor

There are two types of materials that makes rubber rolls which is synthetic rubber rolls and natural rubber rolls, they are all equally strong except on the pricing, obviously the natural rubber is more expensive than the synthetic

Natural rubber

Resistant to moderate chemical contact, both wet and dry organic acids, ketones, aldehydes and alcohols, natural rubber can be blended with other polymers and retains excellent mechanical strength. Natural rubber is used in most industrial applications for making rubber mats, seals, and other many rubber products such as phone covers

Commercial grade

Designed to maintain great compression and durability, commercial grade rubber is also flexible and used in a huge range of applications such as industrial and commercial flooring also in case of rubber products manufacturing such as seals

Nitrile rubber roll

They are mostly where high oil resistance is essential, nitrile rubber can be found in gaskets, automatics seals and any other application where hot oil needs to be contained. It’s a natural form of rubber that has strength almost compared to steel products

Neoprene

This type of rubber exhibits fantastic chemical stability and retains its flexibility over a wide temperature range, making it particularly useful in harsh conditions. It’s a less strong type of rubber products mostly used in the manufacturing of car seats

What colour options do you offer?

Most of the rubber roll we supply is black in colour, however, we do supply a small amount of grey, blue rubber roll, and red rubber roll with a longer lead time. The availability of the colour of rubber rolls supplied by Gym and Garage floor will ultimately depend on the quantity required.
