They are the ideal partners for training at home, especially in this period of a health crisis, since in addition to being easily transportable, they do not require a large free surface for the ground.

Weight is also an important factor depending on what you want to use it for. A lightweight mat is easy to set up but can easily shift as you move. A heavy carpet is a little more difficult to handle but is much more stable.

Foam puzzle floor tile

Vinyl floor:

For spaces such as Pilate, Yoga or dance classes, vinyl mats will be the most suitable solution, as they provide both flexibility during movement and very good resistance to wear.

The slightly flexible nature of the ground is necessary to guard against the risk of injury but also to allow you to slide correctly.

On the other hand, they are not made to withstand material shocks, because they mark quickly and can be pierced.

Comfort:

The comfort depends on the feeling of each one. A high level of comfort is often not felt very clearly, unlike a low level of comfort which is clearly felt.

Cushioning:

Another important criterion, the cushioning. It will be all the more important that the thickness will also be. The higher the slab, the more cushioning rubber there will be to absorb shocks.

Be careful, the tiles do not all have the same density! We can think of getting a good deal, but end up with something less dense which in the end will not provide as good cushioning as another tile, even less thick. Soundproofing:
